Who is Ernest ?
He was born in Lorient in 1831 and he died in Angers in 1910. He is the youngest of the children of Mathilde and Alexis (see above). He most notably directed the Haras d'Angers (now transferred to the Lion d'Angers) for 20 years, at the end of the 19th century.
